Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is always our goal! Merry hair has been doing our best to make every customer have a nice shopping experience here. So if you have any problem with the product or service, please feel free to contact us. We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns.


We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up , we are willing to handle it properly with you. Here are the situations that may cause disputes:
 

Delivery on the way

 
  • 1.Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

  • 2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.
 

Unsuccessful delivery

 
  • 1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused

  • 2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

  • 1.If you want to return it Within 7 days, Please keep the item in original condition, items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

  • 2.We will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention you are supposed to pay the shipping fee.

  • 3.Please write down your order number and other important information we give at the form on a sale card then send them back together. If you have any problem in understanding our return/refund policy, you can contact us by email, here is the email address:order@merryhair.com

  • 4.Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

  • 5.Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sellerfurbished or previously owned products.

  • 6.Please notice that if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

  • 7.Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

  • 8.After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
 

Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: order@merryhair.com. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.


Faq & Help

How do I make a return ?
e-mail us at order@merryhair.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
What is the return period ?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return ?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because MerryHair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
May I return my Hair without contact you ?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
When will I receive my refund ?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
